To ensure a smooth experience, we utilize two distinct portals:

1. The Storefront (web.vorohq.com): Used for searching and purchasing new products.

2. The Control Panel (manage.vorohq.com): Used for logging in and managing your existing products.

Part 1: Purchasing Domains and Hosting

To start a new website or buy a new domain name, you will use our Storefront.

1. Navigate to the Storefront: Open your browser and go to web.vorohq.com.

2. Select Your Product:

   • For Domains: Enter your desired domain name in the search bar to check availability.

   • For Hosting: Navigate to the 'Hosting' menu and select the plan that fits your needs (e.g., Linux, Windows, WordPress).

3. Add to Cart: Once you have made your selection, click Add to Cart.

4. Checkout: Click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout.

5. Create an Account: If this is your first purchase, you will be prompted to create a Customer Account. Note: Remember the email and password you use here; you will need them to manage your services later.

6. Payment: Complete the payment process to activate your services.

Part 2: Logging In to Manage Your Services

Once you have purchased a product, you must use the Control Panel to configure it (e.g., setting up DNS, accessing cPanel, or viewing billing).

1. Go to the Login Portal: Navigate to manage.vorohq.com/customer.

2. Enter Credentials: Use the email address and password you created during the checkout process on the Storefront.

3. Forgot Password? If you cannot remember your login details, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset them via email.

Part 3: Common Management Tasks

Here is how to perform the most common tasks within the Control Panel.

1. How to Update Nameservers (DNS)

If you bought a domain from VoroHQ but are hosting your website elsewhere, you need to update your nameservers.

1. Login to manage.vorohq.com/customer.

2. Navigate to Manage Orders > List/Search Orders.

3. Click on the domain name you wish to manage.

4. Scroll down to the DNS / Name Servers section.

5. Click Name Servers.

6. Enter your new nameservers (e.g., ns1.example.com) and click Update Name Servers.

2. How to Access Your Hosting Control Panel (cPanel/Plesk)

To upload files, create email accounts, or install WordPress.

1. Login to manage.vorohq.com/customer.

2. Navigate to Manage Orders > List/Search Orders.

3. Click on your Hosting Package (e.g., "Multi Domain Linux Hosting").

4. Scroll down to the Admin Details section.

5. Click the link labeled Manage Web Hosting (or "Login to cPanel/Plesk"). This will automatically log you into your hosting interface.

3. How to Renew Services

Ensure your website stays online by renewing before the expiration date.

1. Login to the Control Panel.

2. Navigate to Manage Orders > List/Search Orders.

3. Click on the product expiring soon.

4. Click the Renew button located near the expiry date information.

5. Follow the prompts to complete payment.
